TECHNOLOGY ENHANCED DIGITAL CONTENT
Technology Enhanced Learning Resource Centre at NAARM provides an innovative mix of technologies that enhance quality of teaching and capture the digital content in a high quality format with less manpower. This is a compact and comprehensive system that encompasses entire digital content development cycle from production to consumption by the end user

The facility has a mmulti functional capability as

2. Virtual classroom with multi location students
– suitable for Distance education contact sessions

4. High end animation and effects for recorded digital content (like chroma key)

6. Production, hosting and management of Massive Open Online Courses
7. Monitoring of discussions, micro teaching exercises

Description
It involves a simple to use interactive display/whiteboard that facilitates a teacher to use multiple formats viz., presentations, whiteboard and any computer based resource like videos with all the functionalities like multi-coloured annotation, selective removal content on board, curtain, spotlight tools. It also facilitates to pair a mobile device and teach through mobile.

The session recording is done by unmanned automated cameras remotely from a control room and can be stored in digital format. This saves a lot of manpower for camera capturing or adding on-the fly multimedia effects and storing the content in digital ormat in near- final product form

Instructions for Availing Facility
1. Send request for availing facility addressing Director, ICAR-NAARM at least one month in advance
2. The presentations and resource material shall be developed by the users before using the facility for digital recording
3. For virtual classes, the facility at NAARM will be provided while the user has to ensure good connectivity, LCD projection, Camera and Computer at remote centers
4. The user shall bring their videos for editing or get them recorded using the TEL facility and can get it edited, if needed

Usage Charges
Rs 20000 per day of 6 hours or any part thereof (excluding GST wherever applicable)
The services shall include use of hardware like whiteboard, video editing station, audio mixer, editing with video software
