Mrs Maneka Gandhi, Hon’ble Minister, Inaugurates the Round Table Discussion through Web Conferencing at NAARM on 12^th October 2017

Mrs Maneka Gandhi, Union Minister of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India delivered inaugural address in round table scientific discussion on the “Recent Advances in Neurosciences and its Implications on the use of Dogs in Testing” held at NAARM on 12th October 2017. Dr. Gregory Berns, a world renowned neuroscientist from Emory University, Atlanta, USA shared his research work through web platform. About 20 scientists from public and private sector in the country and abroad participated in the event.
