Work Experience
Dr Sontakki started his career as Scientist at Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Mumbai, and served there for nine years as Scientist and Scientist (senior scale). Later he joined NAARM as Senior Scientist in 2000, At present he is working as Principal Scientist at the Academy. He has undergone specialized training in Responsible Aquaculture Development at the Aquaculture Department of the South East Asian Fisheries Development Center, Tigbauan, Iloilo, Philippines.

Training, Extension and Communication Management, Participatory Approaches for Agricultural Development, Information and Communication Technologies for Agriculture Development, Agri-Tourism and Priority Setting, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) of Research and Extension Projects.
