Work Experience

Dr Rao began his career as Scientist at Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI), Izatnagar in 1991 and served there for six years. Later he was promoted to Scientist (senior scale) and worked at National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, for three years from 1997. He joined NAARM in 2000 as Senior Scientist and was later promoted to the position of Principal Scientist. He received advanced training in Human Resource Management from Ohio State University, USA.

Visiting Fellow for one month at Johnson School of Business at Cornell University, Ithaca, USA
