Work Experience

Dr. Kuldeep S. Choudhary began his career as Assistant Professor at Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari (Gujarat) in the year 2012. In June, 2025 he joined as Senior Scientist in Operations Management at Division of Agribusiness Management ICAR–National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM). He served the NAU, Navsari for 13 years at various roles and responsibilities. He has been associated with postgraduate teaching at ASPEE Agribusiness Management Institute, NAU, Navsari and has guided MBA (ABM) students. He also taught various courses at undergraduate level for B.F.Sc. Degree Program. Apart from regular teaching he designed (served as Course Director) most unique need based 6 months “Post Graduate Certificate Course on Farmer Producer Organisation” in a Hybrid learning mode which helps in providing skilled manpower for the emerging Cooperative and FPO organisations. To promote the cluster based approached in the region, he also setup the FPO Cell at the university level and served as member secretary of the cell. He contributed in different major projects for the promotion of Innovation and Agripreneurship in South Gujarat region. He served as a startup cell member of the university for Establishment of “Centre for Innovation and Agripreneurship” and Co-coordinator of State level SSIP 2.0 policy. He also served as Training Coordinator and Nodal Officer- AC&ABC Scheme of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. He also assisted in NAHEP-CAAST project as Nodal Officer-GRM & Point Person.

List of awards and honours received:

1. Awarded with “8 Gold medals” (including Vice Chancellor Medal) for outstanding performance during undergraduate program during annual convocation-2010.
2. “Appreciation certificate” received from DDM, NABARD for remarkable contribution towards implementation of AC&ABC Scheme at NAU, Navsari during the year 2023.
3. “Young Scientist Award” for outstanding contribution in the field of Agribusiness Management on the occasion of 2 Days International Conference on “Current Advances in Agriculture, Animal husbandry and Allied sciences jointly organised by Agricultural Research Council of Nigeria and National Agriculture Development Cooperative Ltd. Baramulla held during 10-11 July, 2023.
4. “Appreciation Certificates” received for assisting in implementation of NAHEP-CAAST project on “Establishment of Secondary Agriculture Unit for Skill Development in Students and Farmers” funded by World bank-ICAR during the year May, 2018 to March 2024.
