Process

The Academy offers Placement assistance through in-house placement committee which invites the prospective recruiters in agribusiness sector in the campus. Desk is managed by the Placement Coordinators which consists of NAARM faculty and student’s representatives.

Pre Placement Talk (PPT)

The organization can hold a PPT to disseminate information about themselves and the job profiles being offered to the students. PPT’s are typically held a month or two before the interviews and for duration of about 30 minutes followed by a Q & A session. PPT’s may also be held during the placement. If an organization is unable to visit the campus for a PPT, it may send across any promotional material or presentation communicating the abovementioned information, which will be shared with the students
