Process

The Academy offers Placement assistance through an in-house placement committee which invites prospective recruiters in the agribusiness sector in the campus. Desk is managed by the Placement Coordinators which consists of NAARM faculty and student’s representatives.

Pre Placement Talk (PPT)

The organization may hold a PPT to get students acquainted with the organization and the job profiles being offered to them. PPTs are typically held a day or two before the interviews, for about 30 minutes followed by a Q & A session. PPTs may also be held during the placement drive. If an organization is unable to visit the campus for PPT, they may send any promotional material or presentation communicating the above-mentioned information. The facilities of video conferencing may complement the PPTs wherever direct interaction /interview is not possible.

Curriculum Vitae

The institute has a standard format of CV to apply for various organizations. However, in case the organization has a format of its own, it shall be sent well in advance to facilitate the process. The CVs of the students can be provided either in the institute’s standard format or the specified format as per the organization’s rules.

Offers

At the end of the selection process, organizations are requested to give final offers to the candidates. Organizations are requested to mention the designation, compensation on a CTC basis, location of the posting, and other necessary details to the selected candidates.

Students Profile
