Swachhta Hi Seva

In connection with the “Swachhta Hi Seva” campaign, essay and speech competitions were held in the Academy on 27^thSeptmeber, 2017. The competitions were open to all the staff, students and trainees in the academy. A total of 27 contestants participated in the essay competition on the topic “SwachhtaAbhiyan: Relevance of Gandhian Philosophy”, both in Hindi and English languages. Dr. S. K. Soam and Dr. I. Sekar acted as the judges. The speech competition was conducted on the topics: ‘Cultural mindset change on Swachhta’, ‘How can I contribute for Swachh Bharat?’ and ‘Swachhta and ODF’ which was contested by 10 participants, in Hindi, English and regional languages. Dr. K. Kareemulla and Dr. A. Dhandapani acted as judges. The winners of these competitions will be declared and awarded on 2^nd October, 2017 on the closing ceremony of SwachhtaAbhiyan.
