| Eligibility | Faculty, Scientists, Officers, Asst. Professors and above of ICAR/CAUs/DUs/SAUs/Private and Public Universities, Postgraduate Students, Industry/Corporate Sector, Start-Ups, FPOs involved in the processes of Accreditation for Research Laboratories of Agricultural and Allied sectors. |
| Course Fee | No fees for employees of ICAR & KVK personnel. Rs 6000+18% GST for Faculty, Scientists and Officers of AUs/DUs (Non-ICAR)/SAUs/Public/Private Universities/ institutions. Rs 3000+18% GST for Postgraduate Students from AUs/DUs/SAUs or other Public/Private Universities/ Institutions. Rs 12000+18% GST for Industry/Corporate Sector. Rs 8000+18% GST Start-Ups/MSMEs/NGOs. Rs 1000+18% GST for FPOs. Boarding and lodging facilities will be provided at ICAR-NAARM on a chargeable basis, as per the approved rates, and the expenses are to be borne separately by the participants. No travel grant will be provided by ICAR NAARM. |
| Core Contents | Importance of Laboratory Accreditation; National and International Accreditation Bodies: Quality Management Systems for Laboratories; Role of government organizations in Accreditation processes for Testing, Calibration and Diagnostic Laboratories in agriculture and allied sectors, namely Agri inputs testing, Food quality, Plant/Veterinary/Fish diagnostics, Residual analysis (Pesticides, Antibiotics etc.) and Biotechnology: Case studies on accreditation process; Visit to NABL/APEDA/FSSAI/BIS/EIC accredited laboratories to gain practical exposures. |
