VIDEO CONFERENCING
ICAR-NAARM wants to bring best trainers to trainees or to reach out to trainees who are not able to come. To achieve this objective, the Academy has implemented Video conferencing solution. The solution has been implemented using state-of-the-art CISCO meeting server along with End Point Devices. This server has been hosted on premise and allows one-one and one-to-many video conferencing.
The solution can be used for:
1. Executive Meetings
2. Nation-wide HD video conferencing rooms
3. Virtual Classroom facility
4. Bringing remote experts on board

Description
Anyone can join a meeting and enjoy a high-quality, consistent, and familiar experience using Cisco or third-party video endpoints. The facility can also be used those who do not have end points using a compatible browser. In case, any institutes wanted to have the video conferencing, particularly one to many or do not have end points but the other side has video conferencing using end-point devices can avail this facility. It is strongly advised to test before the actual use due to network settings/security, firewall issues etc.

Services offered
1. Up to 90 users can connect with desktop, laptop & mobile phones in a single meeting
2. End point to endpoint call facility and laptop sharing through endpoint
3. Simultaneously two separate meetings are also possible
4. Video calling facility through IP

Instructions for Availing Facility
Send request for availing facility addressing Director, ICAR-NAARM at least 2 days before in advance. It is strongly suggested to have a test run before the actual use.
For online classes, the facility at NAARM will be provided while the user has to ensure good connectivity, LCD projection, Camera and Computer at remote centers.
